A missing purchase
In the Oversight app, use Account, then Restore purchases, and wait for the server to verify the receipt. The app does not trust a purchase flag stored only on the phone.
Cancel billing
Cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings. We cannot cancel a store subscription for you.
A factual error
Use Report a correction on the article in the app. Corrections we accept stay on the public record.
