Contributions to Project Oversight are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
The problem
Frontier AI companies are racing to build superintelligence. We don't believe there's any version of that race that avoids mass unemployment, or that leaves humans in control of something that could become the greatest threat in our history. This isn't fear-mongering. It's been researched and documented by leading scientists, and even the people building these systems admit they don't know how to control them.
Meanwhile, AI companies are spending heavily to lobby against oversight. That's wrong. 91% of Americans say it's important to set guardrails for AI, and 86% support independent safety standards even if it slows development.

The solution
